You need to be a citizen of India and no other country with an Indian domicile and nationality.
You need to also be a citizen of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh to make it to the qualification as the exam is limited to only these states
The age limit is from 16 years to 22 years as this is a graduate-level course and the government wishes to limit it to just too young students of the state.

TS EMCET Application Form
