India attaches utmost importance to inter-parliamentary dialogue by promoting contacts, coordination, exchange of views and sharing of experiences amongst the legislative assemblies within the country, parliaments around the world, and inter-parliamentary bodies of SAARC, Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA). Indian Parliament organises training of Legislators and Officers of Parliaments of various countries.
